Kids After School Sewing Club

Description

Students will get their creative energy flowing in this after school sewing class! This fun class meets weekly for 1.5 hours with a new and challenging sewing project that students will complete and take home the same day. Students will sew a variety of types of projects including plushies, bags, accessories, pennants, aprons, hand sewing projects, embroidery and lots more. The class is designed for both girls and boys! The sky's the limit in creativity! If your student loves sewing and crafting, this is the perfect class for him or her. This is a project-based class and includes all supplies, fabrics, and materials needed to make a fun project each class. It also includes the use of a sewing machine and sewing tools. So there is nothing for parents to buy! There are only 6 spots available and it's open to ages 8 to 13 years old. Students will show off their favorite creations at a Parent Showcase Event (date to be determined). Classes are held in my casita located at my residence in San Juan Capistrano. Students enter through a side gate. Please have students wear closed-toe shoes. ***Please contact shop if you'd like to add this class after the start date. (714) 623-3897 This 10-week course meets Tuesday afternoons from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. on the following dates: Day 1: Tuesday, October 3, 2023 Day 2: Tuesday, October 10, 2023 Day 3: Tuesday, October 17, 2023 Day 4: Tuesday, October 24, 2023 (no class October 31) Day 5: Tuesday, November 7, 2023 Day 6: Tuesday, November 14, 2023 (no class November 21) Day 7: Tuesday, November 28, 2023 Day 8: Tuesday, December 5, 2023 Day 9: Tuesday, December 12, 2023 Day 10: Tuesday, December 19, 2023 Student Showcase: TBD Make-up classes will be available on an as-needed basis.
